These terms apply to anyone using silt-seb.com (the “Site”), operated by Sentient Index Labs & Technology (“SILT”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to them.
If you buy a subscription, your paid access is governed by the Subscriber Agreement. Where the Subscriber Agreement and these terms differ, the Subscriber Agreement controls.
Informational only. No S.E.B., C.I.B. or MDI output is a conformity assessment, a certification, an accreditation, a safety assurance, or legal advice, and no regulator has reviewed or endorsed any of it. Every figure describes behavior observed under a fixed protocol at a stated date; none is a prediction, a guarantee of future behavior, or a statement about any deployed system.

Subscriptions are sold through Stripe, which processes all card payments. We never see or store your full card details. Prices, billing and cancellation are described at checkout and in the Subscriber Agreement.
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping its login details private and for activity under it. Tell us promptly at info@sentientindexlabs.com if you think it has been misused.
The Site links to other SILT properties and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
The Site and everything on it are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep published figures correct and we publish our own defects when we find them, but we do not guarantee that the Site is error-free, complete, current or always available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SILT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the free public Site, or from any decision made in reliance on it. Liability for paid access is governed by the Subscriber Agreement.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the same law and dispute-resolution provisions as the Subscriber Agreement.
