The short version. If you only browse this site, we collect nothing about you beyond what any web server sees to deliver a page. We run no analytics and set no tracking or advertising cookies. If you subscribe, we keep your name, email and subscription details so we can give you access, and we never sell any of it.
This policy covers silt-seb.com and the S.E.B. client portal, operated by Sentient Index Labs & Technology (“SILT”, “we”). Contact: info@sentientindexlabs.com.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. From your checkout we receive and keep:
Your password is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, which we cannot reverse. When your account is first created, a temporary password is kept for up to 24 hours so it can be sent to you, and then expires. To protect accounts, we count failed login attempts.
Delivered data is marked. Evaluation data delivered to a subscriber carries a watermark that identifies the receiving account, so an unauthorised copy can be traced. This is described in the Subscriber Agreement.
We keep your message and address to reply to you. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
Only to provide the service you asked for: to give you access, bill your subscription, answer you, keep accounts secure, and enforce the Subscriber Agreement. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
After a subscription ends, your account and vault are kept for a 30-day grace period so the subscription can be reactivated without loss, then permanently deleted. Ask and we will delete them sooner. Stripe keeps billing and transaction records for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require. These terms match the deletion section of the Subscriber Agreement, which controls if the two ever differ.
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@sentientindexlabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We will respond to any request we receive.
We store passwords only as hashes, restrict access to subscriber data to the account it belongs to, and hold payment details only with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected subscribers promptly if we learn of a breach involving their information.
The site and service are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed at children under 16.
If what we collect changes, this page changes first. The date at the top shows the latest update. See also our Terms of Use.
